How To
Set SIM Card
  1. Add SIM on Yoowifi APP
    On Yoowifi App, tap on “Add SIM” and scan teh barcode that is located at the back of the SIM.
  2. Insert SIM Card
    Insert SIM card and power on your mobile device.
    *Data validity starts immediately upon the first insertion of SIM at destination.
  3. Enable Data Roaming
    Enable Data Roaming on your mobile device.
    *If your phone is unable to detect the Data Roaming activation, reboot after step 2 and kindly ensure your Data Roaming is switch on.
Setting eSIM on
IOS
  1. Mobile setting
    Go to iPhone setting. Tap on ” Mobile Data” or “Cellular”.
  2. Add eSIM
    Tap on “Add eSIM” or “Add Cellular Plan” or “Add Data Plan”. Then tap on “Use QR code ” and scan eSIM QR code or Enter details manually.
  3. Enable Data Roaming
    Switch on your eSIM data roaming and you will be connected.
Setting eSIM on
Android
  1. Mobile setting
    Launch Settings> Connections.
  2. Add eSIM
    Tap on “SIM Card Manager” and select “Add mobile Plan “. Then, scan eSIM QR code or Enter details manually.
  3. Enable Data Roaming
    Switch on your eSIM data roaming and you will be connected.

IMPORTANT

  1.  To activate eSIM, WiFi or Data connection is required.
  2. eSIMs can only be installed once, and each QR code is unique. Do not delete or remove your eSIM from your device after successful installation.
